Bob Volles, a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina, brings over 35 years of building and development expertise to ABC Residential. His distinguished career includes serving as Regional Manager for renowned companies such as John Crosland Company, David Weekley Homes, Ryland Homes, and Crossmann Communities. In these roles, Bob managed extensive projects across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, gaining invaluable experience in diverse housing markets. As a custom builder, he has honed his skills in creating bespoke homes that reflect exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Bob’s vast knowledge and unwavering commitment to quality ensure that every home built by ABC Residential meets the highest standards of excellence. His leadership and dedication to providing affordable, beautiful homes are at the core of our mission. Jerry Perillo
Jerry Perillo, a licensed Real Estate broker in North Carolina, brings over 35 years of experience in building and development to ABC Residential. His impressive career includes serving as Division President for industry leaders such as KB Home, Centex Homes, and Crossmann Communities. Additionally, Jerry has excelled as Sales & Marketing Director for Crossmann Communities and Westminster Homes, where his strategic vision and leadership helped drive their remarkable success. Jerry’s commitment to the industry is further evidenced by his roles as former Director of the HBA Charlotte Sales & Marketing Council and the Rutherford County HBA in Nashville, TN.
His extensive background in sales, marketing, and executive management has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the housing market and a keen ability to anticipate and meet the needs of homebuyers.
